Booking Resquest - Gastronomic Programs

The private programs include the exclusive use of the farmhouse (6 rooms and common areas and all public facilities (living room, outdoor dining area, garden, pool).
Our staff will be on site to service the group during the duration of the stay (housekeeping, food & beverage services, bookings, etc.)
- 50% deposit on confirmation of the service
- Remaining 50% to be paid 4 weeks before the beginning of the program
via www.wise.com (easy and affordable way to do international transfers. Low fees, no hidden costs)
Bank transfer (20€ fee on payments outside Europe. Please check option 1)
We will send the complete payment details once we receive the booking request.
Cancelations and Changes
Conditions for Gastronomic Programs (4 or less people/ rooms):
* Free cancelation up to 30 days before the activity.
* 50% refund (deposit), if canceled between 30 and 15 days before the activity.
* No refund if canceled less than 15 days before the activity or in case of no show.
Conditions for Gastronomic Programs(4 or more people/ rooms):
* Free cancelation up to 60 days before check-in.
* 50% refund (deposit), if canceled between 60 and 30 days before check-in.
* No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in or in case of no show.
Any change on the number of participants must be confirmed as soon as possible (up to 2 or 4 weeks before the program starts, depending on the size of the group).
Changes to the number of participants imply variations on the price of the program and eventual costs (please refer to our cancelation policy).
